Volunteer briefings will be held before Christmas this year, with site briefings at the volunteer centre.

• Tuesday 22 November Hobart based briefing for Hobart based volunteers –Upstairs Function Room, Soho Hotel, Davey Street, Hobart. Time: 6 – 7.30pm

  Monday 5th December: Online applications close.Monday 12 December: Cygnet briefing – Supper Room, Cygnet Town Hall: Time: 7.00 – 8.30pm.

  Wednesday 4 January : Cygnet briefing for venue co-ordinators 2pm;  briefing for volunteers, venue set-up 6pm-7pm

  Thursday 5 January : Volunteer registration all day; briefing 3pm followed by BBQ
